We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200. Orders under $200 are sent via Australia Post, with standard shipping ($14.95) or express is available at checkout. Free shipping applies to Australia only.
International shipping is available, please refer to our shipping policy here for more information.
Returns
SIX INCH Footwear offers a 14-day returns window from delivery. Items must be clean, unworn, and returned in original condition with box, dust bags, and proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and original shipping fees aren’t refundable. Sale items aren’t eligible for refunds but can be exchanged for another size if available. To organise a return or exchange, email info@sixinch.com.au within 14 days of delivery.

How to measure
Foot length
- Stand on a flat surface with your heel against a wall, on a piece of paper.
- Trace the outline of your foot with a pen held upright.
- Measure from the tip of your longest toe to your heel, in cm.
- Measure both feet and use the longer one to choose your size.
Ball girth
- Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your foot, just below the toes.
- Keep the tape comfortably snug — not tight.
- Record the measurement in cm.
Fit tip
Use your foot length to find your size, then check your ball girth lands inside the range for that size — if it does, that pair will fit.
Between sizes? Choose the size where both your length and girth sit closest to the chart. Some styles run a touch large or small — check the note on each product page.

New Zealand: Standard shipping can take anywhere from 8-12 business days to be delivered*

If you have genuinely wide feet, this brand is an absolute game changer! I purchased the Roxy Flats and the Ari Kitten Heel, and both fit beautifully from the moment I tried them on. The quality is superb, and for the first time I didn’t have to compromise on comfort or style!! I actually teared up when I put them on as I could never find shoes (other than sneakers) that fit my feet! So grateful to have found this brand :)

They are great shoes, the comfort on the sole is really nice and cushioned. I do find that my toes are still squished at the other edges of the shoe, which could be my foot being wider but it did cause discomfort after wearing them all day. The back of the shoe also has a bit of rubbing.
