Returns & Exchanges
RETURNS POLICY
Please email info@sixinch.com.au with your order name and number.
SIX INCH Footwear offers a 14 day returns policy after the item has been delivered*. If 14 days have passed since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions are applicable:
- A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Returns must be received within 14 days of a return request being lodged.
- Footwear must be clean and unworn
- In the same condition as sold (in its box, with dust bags included)
- Packaged with proof of purchase (order number and name)
Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling changes are non-refundable.
We will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions listed above. The item will then be returned to the sender.
Ensure you post back your return with a traceable service as SIX INCH Footwear is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

* Items that are on final clearance and/or sample items are subject to final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to make an exchange the above conditions also apply.
We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size and style in stock to exchange as such;
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.*
