RETURNS POLICY

SIX INCH™ offers a 14 day returns policy after the item has been delivered*. 

*If 14 days have passed since your item has been delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

Once a pre-order has been placed, the order cannot be cancelled. You will be eligible for this return policy once your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions are applicable:

A return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Returns must be received within 14 days of a return request being lodged.

- Footwear must be clean and unworn 

- In the same condition as sold (in its box, with dust bags included)

- Packaged with proof of purchase (order number and name)

Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We will inspect the return upon arrival and reserve the right to refuse the return if it does not meet the conditions listed above. The item will then be returned to the sender.

Ensure you post back your return with a traceable service as SIX INCH™ is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

* Items on sale, or purchases made during promotional sales are eligible for a store credit only. 

*Items that are on final clearance and/or sample items are subject to final sale and are not eligible for a return.

EXCHANGES 

We are not offering exchanges at this time. If the size isn't right, please email us to initiate a refund process. 

Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
