EU Withdrawal From Contract
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason (the "Cooling-Off Period"). The Cooling-Off Period begins on the day you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive(s) the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your request via our returns portal before the Cooling-Off Period expires. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods back to Six Inch Footwear Pty Ltd.
Upon withdrawal, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method as your original transaction.
