Do I have wide feet? Can I fit your shoes?

How do I measure my feet?

Please refer to our size guide.

Foot Length

Stand on a flat surface with your heel on a piece of paper

Trace the outline of your foot with a pen

Measure from the tip of your longest toe to your heel (in cm)

Measure both feet — use the longer foot to choose your size

Foot Girth

Wrap a soft tape measure around the widest part of your foot (just below your toes)

Keep the tape comfortably snug (not tight)

Record the measurement in (cm)

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. If the option to ship to your country is not available, please contact us info@sixinch.com.au and we will assist you with your order.

What is your returns policy?

Contact us at info@sixinch.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns or questions. Please note, we cannot accept your return if more than 14 days have passed since receiving your order.

Promotional or sale items (other than those marked 'final sale') are eligible for a store credit or exchange only.

Final sale items are not eligible for a return or exchange.

When will I receive my pre-order?

Your order will ship within the estimated time frame provided at the time of purchase, which will also be confirmed in your confirmation email.

Once it's shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

What is a sample sale?

Items marked as 'SAMPLE SALE' have minor scuffs and marks or show minor signs of wear. They may have been worn during a photoshoot or have not passed the quality check process.

Sample sale items are final sale. No returns or exchanges can be facilitated, so please choose wisely.

Do I have to pay for duties or custom fees to receive my package?

If you're outside of Australia, your package may be subject to duties or custom fees. Each country will have their own rules and regulations this. SIX INCH Footwear will not be liable for any of these costs.
